 note = {The Center for English as a Lingua Franca (CELF) at Tamagawa University is a unique program whereby 56 teachers from diverse backgrounds enrich a learning environment where students can experience the use of English as a Lingua Franca. CELF Faculty Development (FD) aims to promote a better understanding of ELF in ELT, reinforce effective teaching methodologies, support teachers’ professional development and promote inclusion in its diversity. Throughout the 2019 academic year, 21 FD workshops, lectures, discussions and special events on 38 occasions were held in the Spring and Fall semester. In this report, we describe in detail our faculty development activities, present the research achievements of our faculty members, and reveal the results from a FD survey of CELF faculty.},
