Bergen’s book, “Louder than words: The new science of how the mind makes meaning.” Using cognitive linguistic experiments and neuropsychology, Bergen explains the action-sentence compatibility effect paradigm, that is, how the brain uses the areas that control movement to process language and create meaning. In so doing, he gives good examples of research into how the brain creates language and how this research is supported by neurobiology.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15045/ELF_0040105","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_2_publisher_13":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"玉川大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_2_source_id_5":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2189-0471","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"},{"subitem_source_identifier":"2189-0463","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_source_id_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12718190","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_2_version_type_7":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Schultz, Jeffrey"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-06-15"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"31_2018_51-55.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"245.3 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"31_2018_51-55.pdf","url":"https://tamagawa.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/1178/files/31_2018_51-55.pdf"},"version_id":"3c8304a2-6aa2-4c48-91de-cd3317744d8c"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Book review"},{"subitem_subject":"Cognitive linguistics"},{"subitem_subject":"Neurolinguistics"},{"subitem_subject":"ELF practices"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper"}]},"item_title":"Book Review “Louder than words: The new science of how the mind makes meaning”","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Book Review “Louder than words: The new science of how the mind makes meaning”","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"2","owner":"2","path":["202"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2018-04-30"},"publish_date":"2018-04-30","publish_status":"0","recid":"1178","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Book Review “Louder than words: The new science of how the mind makes meaning”"],"weko_creator_id":"2","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-08-01T04:48:29.828996+00:00"}
