As a result of the hiring policy of the center,\nwhereby teachers need not be native English speakers, a very diverse group of\n45 teachers has been assembled. This diversity represents a valuable resource\nfor faculty development as all teachers bring different cultural, educational, and\nlanguage learning backgrounds (e.g., Ukraine, India, Korea, The Philippines, New\nZealand, Ireland, and Turkey).
