A system aimed to confirm the safety of students quickly and accurately at the time of disaster evacuation was developed. The evacuee information can be obtained by scanning the student ID card and the missing students can be extracted by the information database of university classes being offered at the tiem of a disaster. In addition, the number of evacuees is visually displayed by using the classroom information of the building where the classes are being offered so that the damage situation of the building could be estimated. This system was operated in the Tamagawa University disaster drill conducted in 2017 and its usefulness was examined. Furthermore, the information obtained during the disaster drill was analyzed offline, and the method of estimating the damage situation of the building from the evacuee number transition for each classroom was suggested. |
